Return & Refund Policy

At RACE/PASS Fire Safety Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items (such as Badgie™ Cards with custom branding) are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at support@race-pass.com or call 916-341-9597 with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for sending your items back.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • Need a different product? We’re happy to help you with an exchange. Reach out to us for assistance, and we’ll walk you through the process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly—either with a replacement or a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or training materials
  • Clearance or final-sale items
